Curated system recommendations
We size the system to your home before you order

The PureLine connects where your water enters your home. From that single point, every tap, every shower, every appliance receives treated water automatically.
Unlike jug filters or under-sink units that only treat one outlet, a whole-house system sits at your main water inlet, the point where water enters your property. This means every tap, every shower, every appliance gets filtered water. Your morning shower. Your kettle. Your washing machine. All of it.
Step 3 · Every tap in your home

Unlike point-of-use filters that only cover one outlet, the PureLine protects your entire home from a single installation.
Connects to your mains water inlet, the one point where all water enters your home.
Every tap, every shower, every appliance automatically receives treated water.
Carbon changes every 6–12 months depending on household size, ScaleStar™ every 2 years. That's all the maintenance there is.

The PureLine filters the water at every tap in your home, and protects your boiler and appliances from limescale while it does.
Removes chlorine, PFAS, microplastics, heavy metals, pesticides, and chemicals from your water. Better tasting. Safer for your family.
Protects your boiler, hot water system and appliances from hard scale build-up. We don't remove healthy minerals. We stop them building up as hard scale.
We carry out a detailed survey to make sure you get the right unit. We make sure your plumber has everything they need, and if it doesn't fit your home, we refund you in full and cover the return.
The same questions that confirm fit also set your replacement interval. You know the interval and the cost before you buy, not after.
Every system ships with a step-by-step installation guide, fittings spec, and a direct line to our technical team. Installation isn't included in the price. Need it installed? Talk to us and we'll arrange a fixed-price fit through our partner plumbers.
Filter reminders, technical questions, troubleshooting, warranty claims. One team, one phone number, for as long as you own the system.
Five years of hardware cover on every PureLine system. Plus 90 days from delivery to decide it's right for you. If not, we collect it and refund in full.

You'll notice the taste and smell straight away, and a chlorine test kit will show the difference. The limescale protection works where you can't see it: inside your boiler, pipes and appliances. On taps and glass, marks should be lighter and easier to wipe off.
No. PureLine is a filter with limescale protection, not a softener. ScaleStar™ turns hardness minerals into microscopic crystals that flow through instead of building up as hard scale, which protects your boiler, pipes and appliances. The minerals stay in, so a hardness test will still read "hard". You may still see light marks where water dries on glass, taps or in the kettle, and they wipe off more easily.
Yes, by protecting you from what limescale costs: wasted energy, repairs, and boilers and appliances that wear out early. In hard water areas that comes to £400-600 a year.
Your boiler, pipes and appliances are protected. On glass, taps and in the kettle you may still see light marks where water dries. They wipe off more easily. If you want no marks at all, a salt softener is the right tool.
Yes. Fit it after the softener and the carbon stages do what a softener can't: chlorine, taste, PFAS, microplastics. Talk to us and we'll advise on the right configuration.
Yes. The PureLine is designed to be removed and reinstalled at your next home by any competent plumber using the same fittings guide.
Send a photo during the fit check and our team will advise. We can recommend vetted plumbers who've installed PureLine before.
