Under UK data protection law we must have a lawful basis for using your information. We rely on performance of a contract to process and support your order; your consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies; our legitimate interests to improve our products, site, and service, and to prevent fraud; and legal obligation where we are required to keep records, such as for tax.

Card payments on this site are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is entered directly into Stripe's secure payment fields and sent to Stripe. It never passes through or is stored on PuraVero's systems.

We receive only the information we need to reconcile your order, such as the payment result, the card brand, and the last four digits. Stripe processes card data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to run it, for example to keep your basket and checkout session working.

Where we use analytics or marketing cookies, including the Trustpilot review widget, we ask for your consent first through the cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the shop may stop working if you block essential cookies.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run our business, and only so they can carry out work for us.

We keep order and warranty records for as long as your system is covered and for as long as we are required to keep financial records afterwards. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to have it transferred to another provider, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within one month. If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted suppliers to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so if you believe your account or order details have been compromised, please tell us straight away.

Some of our providers are based outside the UK. Where information is transferred abroad, we rely on safeguards recognised by UK law, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

We may update this policy as our products and services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
