Hardware warranty

Cover against manufacturing defects and component failure under normal domestic use, from the date your system is installed.

  • Filter housings, manifolds, and mounting hardware
  • Valves, seals, and factory fittings supplied with the system
  • Replacement parts and shipping for any approved claim
  • Technical diagnosis by phone before any part is replaced

Not included

  • Filter cartridges and other consumables, which are wear items
  • Damage from incorrect installation, frost, or tampering
  • Use outside the specified pressure, temperature, and flow limits

Home guarantee

If the system is not right for your home within 90 days of delivery, we collect it and refund you in full.

How a claimactually works.

    Call or email us

    Quote your order number and describe the fault. A photo or short video of the system usually saves a visit.

  2. 02

    We diagnose it with you

    We work through pressure, fittings, and cartridge condition on the phone. Most issues never need a part at all.

  3. 03

    Parts shipped, or system collected

    If it is a warranty fault, we ship the part with fitting instructions. Inside 90 days you can ask us to collect the system instead.

  4. 04

    Nothing to chase

    The person who opens your claim closes it. No portal, no administrator, no reference number to keep repeating.

Worth knowing

  • Keep to your system’s filter replacement schedule (between 3 and 24 months depending on the filter and household size) so cover stays valid.
  • Installation must comply with UK water fittings regulations and the guide supplied with your system.
  • Your statutory rights as a consumer apply in addition to these guarantees and are never replaced by them.
